6 months temporary assignment with possiblity of going permanent.
Social Advocacy Strategy:
- Build an influencer community with expertise in haircare.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate advocacy efforts.
Influencer & Content Creation Management:
- Recruit and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Drive high-impact partnerships and lead activations.
- Manage content calendars and support social campaigns.
Data Analysis, Social Trends & KPI Reporting:
- Monitor and report on social media campaign KPIs.
- Analyze trends to identify top advocates and content.
- Oversee community management and work towards KPIs.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency in influencer management and social media platforms.
- Network within the haircare content creator community.
- Ability to analyze social data and identify opportunities.
- Experience with social monitoring tools and copywriting.
