Systems Accountant Remote

As part of the Finance Transformation team of 2, you will have joint responsibility working on Transformation projects within Group Finance to implement and standardise systems, processes and ways of working across the company.
Your responsibilities include:
* Become a key member of the Finance Transformation team, driven by a vision to implement Group wide systems and processes.
* Support with integration of new acquisitions into the Group function
* Creation of monthly group management accounts process until entity moves to NetSuite.
* Mapping CoA, Customers, Suppliers
* ERP Roll out.
* Finance systems roll out.
* Become a NetSuite champion:
* Working with finance teams to resolve issues, provide assistance and support.
* Deliver basic user training.
* Be the first point of contact for transactional queries.
* Assist with system maintenance & improvements.
* Assist with creation of new reports, templates, processes.
* Assist with ownership of Finance Systems
* NetSuite
* AP Automation
* Pre-paid credit cards
* Group VAT
* Reporting on project status
* Ad-hoc projects
About You

* Experience of working with NetSuite and a curiosity for systems and improvement
* Prior finance role experience
* Strong Excel skills

* Strong communication skills, patient, good listener, well organised
* Experience of working in a fast-paced growth environment and able to adapt.
