As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our internal team.
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our mission of advancing renewable energy solutions. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent with a focus on acquiring talented people to work within the field as Smart Meter Installers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilise various sourcing channels to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Ensure all roles are filled according to the specification and within agreed timescales using methods such as posting job adverts, head hunting and direct approaches via social media channels.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates
Update the ATS accurately to maintain data integrity and for reporting purposes.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with high volume- field based roles.
Familiarity with industry-specific skills and qualifications is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ability to operate Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ideally have experience in maintaining ATS/ CRM databases.
Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
