Are you an experienced recruitment consultant and looking for a new challenge?
We are working with a friendly and tight-knit accountancy firm based in Exeter. You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the end-to-end recruitment process. Our client is looking for a professional individual who is detailed and team-orientated. Ideally, you’ll bring your recruitment expertise and a positive attitude to a friendly and collaborative family-feel office.
This is a hybrid role, with occasional travel to other offices across the South-West but can be done predominantly remotely. You should expect to be in the office 1-2 days a week to attend meetings and support the team.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years recent recruitment experience
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Ideally experience using IRISHR/ Cascade Go/ Octopus HR System and professional services recruitment
- Strong IT, Microsoft Office and presentation skills
Your day-to-day:
- Weekly strategic planning and review of all recruitment matters
- Drafting and publishing recruitment adverts
- Working closely with recruitment agencies including terms and invoices
- Working closely with the marketing department on social media recruitment presence
- Arranging tests and interviews for candidates
- Communicating with candidates including offers, contact info etc
The package:
- Competitive salary up to £28,000
- Open to part-time hours
- Ideally full-time 36.25 hours
