About the role: We re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team at GlobalData. You ll be supporting our growth by going the extra mile so that recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and new employees alike are equipped and supported with all they need to grow at the rapid rate we are. You will be the first-person new employees meet on their first day so it s vital you are able to make this is a resoundingly smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration support
- Manage the candidate on-boarding process from beginning to end.
- Job board and LinkedIn tool administration
- Managing our applicant tracking system
- Contributing to the enhancement of our systems and processes
- Administration and issue of all new offer letters and employment contracts. We are going to be doing a lot of hiring this year so you will need to be very meticulous and accurate even at speed.
- To ensure all employees have the correct right to work documentation in the relevant country and assist in visa or sponsorship (via the Company) applications.
- Adding new hires and facilitating their onboarding process in MyData, our HIRS system, and our internal ATS.
- Liaising with payroll to ensure new employees are added in a timely fashion ahead of their start date.
- Working with People Operations & Onboarding to make sure things are set up for new hires first day.
- Facilitating both internal and external events all year round
- Off-boarding leavers
- Coordinating the monthly corporate induction
- Tracking employee referrals
- Support the Head of TA with scheduling and more general administration duties.
- Help facilitate any unexpected travel or relocation arrangements for candidates, as necessary.
- Working on projects to make all our hiring processes run like clockwork.
- Providing an amazing, memorable, enjoyable experience for candidates during their interview process, including showing them round our office.
- Kicking off & monitoring background checks when required, including some in person right to work checks from our London office.
- Extracting reports and data from our Human Resources Information System (HIRS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Creating supplier accounts and handling inquiries related to invoices.

- You re highly organised with great attention to detail and have proven experience of this in a busy administration and coordination role.
- You've worked with high growth companies.
- You re a great communicator, both in person and in writing
- You have experience working with lots of stakeholders (internal & external) and adapting your working style to suit their needs.
- You have experience of working on lots of different requests & tasks at the same time and are able to prioritise the most important things.
- You're comfortable dealing with shifting priorities and adaptable when things change.
- You have experience in a highly operational or coordination role (not necessarily in Hiring)
- You have Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and innovate.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You work with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Enjoy collaborating we like to share ideas and learn from each other!
- Proficient in IT with a strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
The Interview Process: Our interview process involves 2 main stages:
- First Stage Teams / Zoom with Hiring Manager (30 mins)
- Final face to face interview with Head of TA
