Talent Acquisition Coordinator
London (Hybrid working)
Scope of the Role
Partner with key stakeholders and Talent Acquisition Partners to provide a best-in-class end to end Talent Acquisition experience so that we hire the right people for the business to enable growth. You will be accountable for managing the onboarding of our exceptional and diverse talent at all levels with the flexibility to hire across multiple disciplines including our High Street, Travel and International business areas. You will want to support the Talent Acquisition Partners with their vacancies and take a leading role in our graduate program assessment centre.
You will be a strong brand ambassador, supporting on TA projects and all hiring administration to ensure we deliver a slick and personal service to our candidates.
What you will be doing
  • Creating, issuing and receiving back new colleagues onboarding paperwork and adding to our systems
  • Be the ‘go to’ person with Talent Acquisition admin queries and have a full understanding of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that we use to ensure that the end to end candidate experience is smooth and seamless
  • Ensuring all recruitment metrics and reports are maintained and updated in real time
  • Collaborate with colleagues in TA, C&D, People Partners, ensuring all TA tasks are processed effectively and accurately
  • Problem solves and works through operational problems which may be impeding recruitment delivery.
What we are looking for
  • Demonstrable experience across the Talent Acquisition hiring process
  • Able to think logically and creatively to find the best way to solve problems and get things done
  • Proactive and able to prioritise to deliver in a fast-paced, high workload environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities and different stakeholders
  • High energy, highly motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the rest of the TA team, with a flexible approach to support on any areas which require focus
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, follow up and time management skills
  • Previous experience of working with an ATS would be an advantage
