Location: Solihull
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25000 per annum
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our small team in Solihull!
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists you will be a key member of the team, and your role is vital to ensure the entire recruitment process runs smoothly, while building strong relationships with our candidates and stakeholders. The variation in the role is what will keep you motivated. Along with the administration, you will also source, select, screen potential candidates and have them booked in for interview, making you an essential part in the recruitment process and bringing in the best new drivers. If you have good eye for detail but can work under pressure, exceptional admin skills and enjoy talking to people then this job is for you!
Your day to day duties will include some of the below:
DBS checks for all new starters
Compliance checks and auditing
Pre-screening candidates and arranging interviews with the specialists
Keeping all spreadsheets updated
Managing the team’s email inbox
Attend any team meetings when required
General administration
