Responsibilities may include;
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organising schedules, managing emails, and maintaining candidate databases.
Coordinate and confirm trade tests with models and nail artists.
Support in posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating engaging content for social media and other platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities.
Provide administrative support to the Talent team as needed.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and familiarity with social media posting.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
