The role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team at Plum. You will play a crucial role in acquiring top-tier talent to drive the company's growth and success. Also, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified professionals in the highly dynamic and competitive fintech industry.
Please note we are following a hybrid work model, in which we visit our office 2 times per week.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the company's needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including outreach/sourcing, interviewing and offer
- Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for assigned positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide interview training and guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and fair evaluation of candidates
- Focus on data - you keep track of hiring goals and KPIs by providing accurate, clear and regularly cadenced reporting on the recruiting pipelines
- Working closely with the Talent Team to make sure an efficient hiring process is in place
- Collaborate with the People Ops team and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers
- Facilitate the negotiation process and ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding
- Collaborate with the People Ops Team on different projects to employer brand, culture, people and general happiness
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Specialist in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience in a tech company will be considered a plus
- Experience in Executive Recruitment will be considered a plus
- Experience in International recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Platform
- Team player with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships
