A unique brokerage firm based in London are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for 6 months.

This position offers the chance to harness your recruitment expertise within the financial services sector, implementing the recruitment strategy across the firm alongside crafting a bespoke trainee sales trading programme that will set the industry benchmark.
As a seasoned recruiter, your role will strategically source and attract top-tier talent throughout the UK and Gibraltar, utilising a variety of platforms from job boards to social media, and beyond. Networking finesse and a flair for generating referrals will be your tools in developing a robust direct sourcing initiative.

- Design the recruitment strategy including an interview scoring sheet, enhancing the selection process by providing a clear framework for assessing technical prowess, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Design, roll out and imbed a brand new trainee/grad/intern hiring programme
- Support the DEI strategy across the firm
- Work with Heads of Department to identify and fulfil resourcing needs, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of its field
Skills:
- Wealth of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services
- Autonomous drive, exceptional communication, and persuasive negotiation skills
- Experience designing and rolling out an early careers/trainee/intern programme
