Leading global law firm, have a vacancy a fixed term maternity month contract, for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver an effective resourcing service, including designing of resourcing campaigns, sourcing and selection of candidates, management of offers, client management and evaluation of the full recruitment process.
Your remit will be to deliver a full end to end recruitment process for experienced hires, with particular emphasis on Business Services and legal recruitment, building excellent relationships with hiring managers and strong stakeholder management. Key responsibilities will be split into the following:
Recruitment Process
- Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for Business Services functions. Offering a huge variety of roles and offering the opportunity to liaise with a variety of departments and stakeholders.
- Working closely within a highly regarded (and award winning) recruitment team, manage high volume of activity, in a timely fashion, using processes effectively; focused upon approximately 70% direct sourcing.
- Continually monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's processes and suggest/implement improvements;
- Maintain specialist knowledge by keeping up to date with developments in policy, regulatory changes and the wider recruitment market
People
- Work with the Head of Resourcing and Senior HR Managers to develop and manage strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Deal with Partners and Managers to resolve complex queries and provide direction and guidance
- Manage 3rd party relationships and the Agency PSL;
- Coach recruiting Managers and Partners in best practice.
- Interview alongside hiring managers regularly
Recruitment Strategy
- Assist in developing and delivering the strategic aims and objectives
- Design and implement changes. Drive forward a number of Resourcing Projects
- Liaise with Business Services regarding future requirements and headcount plans.
Recruiter Experience:
- You will have recruiting experience ideally gained within a law firm, or legal recruitment agency.
- You will have had experience of sourcing candidates directly through social media and relevant job boards.
- You will have had experience of interviewing candidates and administering assessments.
