Our client is a global start up tech consultancy business based near Farringdon. Due to continued growth plans and investment they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a hybrid basis (3 in office and 2 wfh)
Paying up to £55,000
You will join a growing People team working across all parts of the hiring process and interacting with senior stakeholder to develop effective strategy
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and direct sourcing techniques
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
Utilise innovative and creative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and personalised communication
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment practices to continuously improve sourcing strategiesYour experience will include
A strong background in full Talent Acquisition
Similar Talent role, ideally in a dynamic, high growth, scaling business with a diverse mix of employees and cultures
In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Strong understanding of different sourcing methods and tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proactive and results-driven mindset
Comfortable working independently
Experience recruiting internationally across the UK & US
