Our Supply ChainTalent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team on a fixed term contract to support the growth and development of our Supply Chain teams. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and creative ways of delivering state of the art sourcing.
Your Mission
- Leverage your strong understanding of On’s Supply Chain business and take full ownership recruiting for our team
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and the Supply Chain function to assess talent requirements and advise on best hiring strategy
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for attracting active and passive talent from under-represented groups
- Engage with candidates and prospects to provide expert assessment of skills, competencies and spirits
- Utilise data and reporting to inform your sourcing strategy, manage and optimize hiring funnels while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Collaborate with our Supply Chain talent community and represent On tor potential candidates on social media, professional networks and in-person events
- Keep hiring managers and the Supply Chain recruiting team up-to-date with relevant updates and market trends as well as supporting with data driven decision making
- Partner with the broader talent team and take part of ad hoc projects and initiatives
Your story
- You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting with the majority of that experience specific in an inhouse recruiter role preferably in the consumer products industry
- You are passionate about sourcing and researching
- You know how to identify potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods well beyond the limits of LinkedIn (Recruiter)
- You trust your tools as much as your data, are known for your organisational skills and your ability to prioritise according to what is critical for the business
- First experiences with Greenhouse and Gem as tools is a plus
- You bring experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior recruiters and diverse groups of business leaders
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage ambiguity
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
