Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour (plus bonus)

Location: London, but with travel in the field as required within London

The role is split between the office and field (London area).

WHO YOU ARE:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You may have previous people-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fundraising or customer service, however, this is not required to be successful in the role.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of successfully engaging with potential customers. Your excellent communication skills and are able to strike up a conversation! Strong communication will be required to build relationships and close leads effectively.

You are self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets. Your attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that you maintain accurate records and provide a seamless experience for new driver partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Use your sales and customer service experience to actively seek out and generate new driver leads. You will be identifying potential driver partners through various channels and engaging with them to provide information about our driver opportunities.

- Follow up with these new driver partners and closing driver leads, whilst providing guidance and support through the sign up process.

- Interact with potential driver partners building rapport and establishing trust. Listen actively to their needs and requirements, understanding their motivations for joining our business.

This role is on the field and will require travel around London to key hot-spot areas to capture these leads. The opportunity will have a bonus structure on successful driver leads on top of the hourly pay.
