Our client is a global start up tech consultancy business based near Farringdon. Due to continued growth plans and investment they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a hybrid basis (3 in office and 2 wfh)
Paying up to 55,000
- You will join a growing People team working across all parts of the hiring process and interacting with senior stakeholder to develop effective strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and direct sourcing techniques
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Utilise innovative and creative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and personalised communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies
Your experience will include
- A strong background in full Talent Acquisition
- Similar Talent role, ideally in a dynamic, high growth, scaling business with a diverse mix of employees and cultures
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of different sourcing methods and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience recruiting internationally across the UK & US
