You will be the face of the employer brand, fostering connections with top talent and promoting the company as an employer of choice. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a brand ambassador and will play a key role in shaping the employer brand narrative, driving recruitment initiatives, and creating meaningful experiences for candidates and employees alike.

the ideal candidate is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who embodies brand values to effectively attract top talent to an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent brand strategy to attract top talent and enhance employer reputation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and align branding efforts.
• Actively engage with candidates and employees across various channels, including social media, events, and networking platforms, to promote employer brand and foster a sense of community.
• Create compelling content and collateral to showcase company culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform talent brand strategy and differentiate our employer brand in the market.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior members of the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance on employer branding best practices.
Experience required
• Retail Network: you have a strong network in the retail industry, particularly in the luxury sector.
• Candidate Experience and Talent Management: You have experience of building strong candidate experiences and managing talent effectively. This is crucial for representing the brand positively to potential hires.
• Flexibility and Networking Skills: You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile to meet and network with potential candidates. This might involve attending industry events, conferences, or even hosting networking sessions.
• Fashion Background: A background in fashion or luxury retail key
• Pipeline Building: You have a track record of building pipelines of talent. This involves continuously sourcing and engaging with potential candidates to ensure a robust pool of talent.
