Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to work within our Property Management division. The role will involve working with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and key stakeholders across the business to imbed our divisional recruitment strategy with the overall aim to support managers in attracting top talent to support the growth and success of the business.
An effective communicator you will be entrusted with supporting the business with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, support managers in developing strong interview and candidate selection processes and ensure great relationships are built with both candidates and employees.
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in building a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the Company values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Partner with business leaders and HR team to understand and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with the company growth objectives.
• Analyse workforce planning data and industry trends to proactively address talent gaps and emerging hiring needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Utilise various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals, to attract top talent.
• Conduct behavioural-based interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organisation.
Candidate Experience
• Ensure candidates have a positive and personalised experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, enhancing the employer brand and reputation.
Employer Branding and Marketing
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to develop employer branding initiatives that attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Create engaging and informative job descriptions and recruitment materials to highlight the company's values, benefits, and career opportunities.
Talent Pipeline and Networking
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the company and establish connections with potential candidates.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
• Utilise data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics, analyse the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-based recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Skills
• Previous experience if Talent Acquisition from within an In-house or RPO model preferred.
• Proven record of successfully identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
• Be able to work independently to develop and implement strategy
• Possesses vision and is able to develop complex strategies and solutions
• Have a network of individuals in the industry / within recruitment from agencies, recruitment partners, local community partners and candidates
• Have experience of pursuing alternatives routes to industry

Team Overview
You work alongside the Talent Acquistion Business Partner as well as very closely with the national HR Team supporting the Property Management Division.
Our Property Management division is the UK's leaving provider of Property Management Services. With a wide varied client base, we manage all types of properties including offices, shopping centres, out of town retail, industrial, leisure, mixed use and residential assets as well as provide complementary strategic specialist services in research, retail marketing, asset management and facilitities management. Due to the variety of services we provide as well as the range of property types that we manage this results in us having a diverse employee base with a varying skill-sets and expertise.
