Salary From £28,000 to £33,000

Permanent  

FT – 35 hours per week

Hybrid – monthly visits to London or Ashford, Kent

A critical role within the team, you’ll have a large degree of autonomy to build relationships with your stakeholder groups, design appropriate talent attraction approaches and support positive processes and ways of working across the attraction to onboarding journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience of junior level hiring with demonstrable experience of building strong stakeholder relationships and a proactive approach to delivering seamless candidate and hiring manager experiences.

*You will be required to visit the London or Ashford Saga Hub around 1-2 times a month. You must be within a reasonable commuting distance to attend one of these offices.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Partner will be fully responsible for the following;


Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for your vacancies
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, People partners and Hiring Managers to deliver excellent hiring processes for your stakeholders
Be a champion for the TA team internally and externally
Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, define attraction strategies and campaigns across multiple channels and deliver a diverse range of candidates for every role
Proactively headhunt exceptional talent using LinkedIn recruiter and other channels to reach out to candidates directly
Stay connected with external market factors and new industry practices/trends and provide insights to stakeholders
You’ll Interview candidates to assess their skills against the role criteria and provide evidence-based insights to Hiring Managers to support recruiting decisions
Build and maintain relationships with a network of talent and potential candidates for the future
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
Market your roles effectively through copywriting outstanding job advertisements to attract and engage the best candidates on all channels e.g., social, LinkedIn, careers website
Advise hiring managers on assessment and selection tools to ensure fair and diverse hiring decisions
Support on ad hoc improvement projects in the recruiting process and drive these initiatives across the business

The Ideal CandidateCandidates will need to have previously worked in an in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition team or have gained recruitment experience in a fast-paced high-volume role such as a RPO function. Plus, the following skills and experience;


Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexible and adaptable style, can easily learn to recruit across different functions
Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing and onboarding.
Sourcing – demonstrate understanding of, and a track record in, utilising creative and effective methods to source quality candidates directly. 
Personal Organisation – You’ll possess excellent organisational skills and will be comfortable managing a high volume of vacancies and able to prioritise effectively
You’ll be an outstanding communicator who is excellent at building productive relationships with your hiring managers and candidates
