Our Head Office Resourcing team is looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator to take ownership of all recruitment administration and direct sourcing souring activity for some of our most recognised and exciting head office functions.
About the Role
Reporting into the Resourcing Partner, you will work across various Head Office functions - from marketing & partnerships and the creative studio through to engineering & facilities, interior design studio and international business development. Your role will focus on the direct sourcing and candidate experience management for these roles, and you will manage the end to end recruitment process for some vacancies under supervision of the Resourcing Partner.
You will manage a busy workload similar to that of a recruitment agency; you will need to be able to bend and adapt yourself to different stakeholders and styles of working. You will be a recruitment chameleon, able to work at speed independently, and keen to meet challenges in the recruitment process with resilience, aiming to mitigate these with a positive & proactive nature.
In this role, you will:
- Provide an outstanding experience for internal and external candidates – excellence is our goal.
- Use various websites to source candidates directly, including LinkedIn recruiter & Indeed.
- Assess candidate applications with a methodical mindset.
- Screen candidates by phone, Teams video and video response platforms.
- Work to KPIs to ensure overall team targets are reached.
- Manage candidate communication for all stages of the recruitment process.
- Partner with stakeholders in the business to discuss their particular recruitment process.
- Create engaging job adverts and proactively make talent attraction improvement suggestions to the Resourcing Partner based on your market knowledge and insight.
- Monitor, track and report all recruitment activity in Workday.
- Arrange all interviews for all roles – this can be a huge amount per week.
- Take a lead on the administration of assessment centres for early careers vacancies.
About You
You work well in a sometimes ambiguous environment and respond positively to the wonderful challenges which a recruitment career poses. You will be able to work quickly and ensure excellent client and candidate experience at every touchpoint. You will bring your recruitment experience from an agency or in-house background, being able to demonstrate your sourcing and presentation skills at interview. Ideally, you will have worked in a head office capacity where the roles are niche and require long-term project management.
In addition, you will have:
- The ability to project manage your own activity.
- Brilliant writing skills – you tell a story with your words.
- Developing stakeholder management skills.
- Strong GDPR knowledge and understanding.
- Employment law knowledge, in particular the Equality Act 2010.
