Role
You will assist the Regional Land & Technical Director and Regional Managing Director in the building of relationships with key stakeholders at all levels through a range of organisations throughout the region, including those with an interest in partnerships, land, social housing provision planning and technical. These will include Development Managers in Local Authorities and Housing Associations, land agents, employer agents as well as other consultants. You ll assist in the auditing of key Clients such as Local Authorities and Housing Associations to ensure we understand their key needs/drivers, personnel, and areas of focus, and assist in the development and implementation of our corporate marketing strategy, including participating in social media initiatives, arranging corporate events, and preparing marketing material.
As our Bid/Partnerships Coordinator, you will also oversee the timely completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ s) and tenders, and track business opportunities, updating associated information including the CRM.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of a similar role, building and developing strong relationships with key clients. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be competent in the use of IT (preferably including the use of InDesign).
A track record in the affordable housing industry is preferred, but by no means essential.
