Our client is looking for a dedicated Talent & Learning Officer to support the HR team.
- Provide prompt and correct talent and learning administration support to colleagues within the Talent & Learning Team. Ensure files, policies and procedures are kept up to date and correct, provide organisation support for training events and projects in liaison with managers and staff. Prioritise tasks according to business need. Liaise with colleagues in the HR Services Team and Data Administrators on all Talent and Learning activities to ensure people development solutions are delivered successfully and on time.
- Lead on the maintenance of high-quality learning data and scheduling including the upkeep of the organisation’s learning management system. Ensure excellent quality data integrity. Ensure the relevant learning resources are available for development activities.
- Ensure that learning activities are communicated effectively to staff via a range of mediums liaising with the Communications Team to promote take-up and attendance. Maintain a corporate calendar of events. Including scheduling of events and campaigns.
- Prepare management reports / dashboards and produce correct data for committee, auditor, and regulatory bodies. Liaise with colleagues in the HR Data & System Team when needed.
- Undertake project work and research for the HR/Talent & Learning Department as needed.
- Undertake any other duties necessary to this role and the successful running of the HR and Talent & Learning Department as needed.
