Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Quickly form an understanding of the fund structures and investments, as well as the activity that has occurred during the reporting period;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tax advisors, facilitating clear communication and information exchange;
- Conduct a thorough and detailed review of PwC's working papers, calculations and draft pro forma schedule K-1s and ensure accuracy and consistency;
- Verify source data, identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies in calculations and ensure efficient reporting and resolution of these;
- Reconcile information in workbooks prepared by tax advisors to output pro forma schedule K-1s as issued to investors;
- Work within tight time deadlines and manage tax advisors to adhere to agreed timelines to ensure the timely and accurate completion and distribution of deliverables;
- Regularly communicate internally, keeping the workstream lead and Operations Director updated as to the status and progress of the project and highlighting any potential delays or challenges;
- Evaluate the performance of tax advisors, note overruns and delays, and provide meaningful feedback internally at the end of the project.
