Role Overview
Are you a Tax Associate seeking an exciting opportunity to work across Corporate, Real Estate, and Private Client teams? Our client, is a leading law firm, is looking for a knowledgeable professional to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you will primarily focus on providing expert advice on indirect taxes such as SDLT and VAT, playing a pivotal role in corporate and real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
We are seeking candidates with:

• Excellent working knowledge of SDLT and sound understanding of VAT in real estate transactions.
• Strong experience dealing with indirect taxes in a law firm, accountancy practice, or at HMRC.
• Ability to review corporate and real estate transactions and provide tax advice effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in drafting tax schedules.
