About the Role:

Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join one of our leading tax teams based in North Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will enjoy multi-tasking, working in teams and support business growth. The role requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to work with clients and communicate advice effectively.

• Support a diverse portfolio of Tax clients in relation to tax compliance
• Provide advisory services in areas such as capital gains tax, inheritance tax, income tax planning
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure excellent service and value add tax expertise
• Support the firm’s growth by attracting new clients and working with other teams to ensure clients are benefitting from all services
• Mentor junior staff, including reviewing work and delivering training on taxation

About You:

• ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA Qualified, or QBE
• Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team
• Knowledge of professional regulations and best practice.
• Be passionate about customers and service, with a strong will to make a difference
