We are looking for an engaging Art and Photography Teacher to join a highly successful department. The Art and Photography Department is a thriving hub of creativity. Art has always been a popular option at GCSE and has celebrated 100% pass rate for the last decade. From September 2023 we introduced Photography GCSE which has seen the subject thrive. We are fully resourced with brand new laptops, each with Photoshop and digital SLR cameras.Both A Levels in Art and Photography are very well established with many of our Sixth Formers continuing their formal education at university of Foundation courses.We use AQA for all our examination groups and proudly present the students' GCSE and A Level pieces in our impressive summer exhibition at the Rose Theatre in Kingston.Our students regularly enjoy our additional clubs and study periods for those in the upper years.Please see the separate detailed job description and person specification for further information on this specific role.
