Due to the significant growth of the Academy, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to take on the position of Teacher of Computing. The successful candidate(s) will be outstanding and passionate practitioners with a proven track record of securing successful student outcomes and developing the quality of your own teaching. With opportunities to progress, we are looking for someone who will support the Head of Faculty in the department and in raising the profile of the subject.

What we need

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional full time Teacher of Computing to join us in July 2024 or September 2024. The successful candidate will be looking for an opportunity to enhance their career in the classroom and have the ability to effectively develop their pedagogy and practice. Experience of teaching Computing across KS3-5 is desirable. In addition, you will need to be an enthusiastic, lively and versatile teacher with a passion for your subject and the desire to contribute to the development of the department and the Academy as a whole.

The post would suit experienced teachers or ECTs, for whom an effective induction scheme is in place.
