Teaching Assistant
Location: Hackney
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Pay: £85- £100 per day
Start Date: Immediately
Are you looking to work as a in a Secondary School, located in Hackney. We are excited to be recruiting for a Secondary School that are at the heart of their community.
We are seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and compassionateSecondary School to inspire and support children in their daily school life. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, inclusive, and passionate team.
You will be working along side the children assisting them in their daily tasks and their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support teachers help the children with their educational and social development both in and out the classroom.
- Offering 1:1 and group support to children.
- Participating in educational trips with student groups.
- Supporting the teachers in managing their behaviour.
- Working alongside teachers to create engaging classroom displays and learning materials.
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all children.
- Creating opportunities for all children to reach their full potential, regardless of their abilities.
- Making a profound social impact by positively influencing a child's life trajectory.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools.
- A genuine passion for working with young people who require additional support to access education and develop socially.
- Ideally, previous experience in supporting children with SEND.
- Proactive and positive, always striving to meet children's learning needs.
- The ability to build strong rapport with children.
- Dedication to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem, and progress of every member of our school community.
