Role: Teaching Assistant

Working Hours: 08:30am - 04:30pm (0.6FTE)

Location: North Bridge House Pre-Prep Hampstead School.

Introduction

North Bridge House Pre-Prep School is seeking to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant of the highest calibre to join our team in September.

The Teaching Assistant role will suit someone who has a very good understanding of the Early Years and KS1, is proactive, solution focused, someone who is forward thinking, passionate and is full of positive energy.

Led by fully qualified and highly skilled teachers, our School has an innovative and engaging atmosphere.

Day to day you will:

• Work effectively with children, helping them to develop and learn.
• Be a key worker to identified group of pupils.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining an excellent learning environment both inside and outdoors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working effectively in a high-quality Pre-Prep settings.
• The relevant Early Years/KS1 Qualifications.
• Excellent initiative, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Drive, motivation, and a genuine passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children.
