Teaching Assistant (Aspiring Teachers) - 2024/2025, Full Academic Year Contract
We are actively seeking ambitious Teaching Assistants who share our commitment to supporting students. This primary school is dedicated to fostering creative learning through an engaging curriculum, and we are eager to welcome like-minded professionals, including those with backgrounds in Drama, Art, Music & more!
Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Engage with students spanning EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- Offer support to students with mild SEN (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Speech & Language issues) (experience is not required as training is provided)
- Facilitate both small group and 1:1 interventions
- Apply your creativity and imaginative thinking to enhance student involvement with the primary curriculum
Ideal Candidate Profile: Teaching Assistant
- Prior experience working with children is advantageous
- Showcase a creative mindset, capable of designing innovative and enjoyable activities
- Strong Academic background - Degree, A-level, B-tec (ideal but not essential)
