Grade 4, SCP 5-6 FTE £23,500-£23,893 (£13,787 - £14,018 actual pro rata for term time only).
A special opportunity has arisen at Horton Lodge School. We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistants for 25 hours per week to start as soon as possible. This position is temporary until the end of the summer term as the funding for this is reviewed each year.
The hours of work are from 9:15am-2:45pm Monday – Friday. Term time only.
This is a brand new opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to enhance the existing staff team to provide support to pupils to help them to achieve their potential in their learning, physical, independence and social skills. It may involve supporting on a one to one basis and the class as a whole. Experience of supporting someone with physical disabilities would be advantageous however the successful candidate will receive training, support and a thorough induction.
