A Specialist School in Southampton, Hampshire is searching for passionate individuals, who will find supporting children with Mental Health difficulties and autism rewarding and enlightening.
These pupils are aged between 5 - 16 years old and require ongoing support from a familiar individual, so it’s imperative you’re trustworthy, reliable, and approachable. It is a full-time role working across the week from Monday to Friday between 8.20am to 3.30pm.
You will be required to support the pupils during daily tasks and activities, ensuring they have all the necessary support they need to succeed. You will also be assisting the classroom teacher and making sure the pupils are focused and engaged. You will work on a 1-1 basis or within small groups in this role.
