(OFSTED, March 2019). If so, a role as a Teaching Assistant at Armitage Primary School could be ideal for you.
We are looking for a member of staff to enhance our hardworking, professional team as a TA, working in one of our Early Years classes. This is a federated post and although the role is based at Armitage CE Primary School, at the request of our Executive Headteacher, you may be required to conduct your duties at our partner school.
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will need to:
Have high expectations and the commitment to secure the best outcomes for children;
Have excellent communication and team working skills;
Have the ability to lead group sessions and deliver interventions– further training can be given if experience is limited;
Work flexibly under the direction of the Headteacher.
Hold a full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification as recognised by the Department for Education, listed in the Early Years Qualifications List (EYQL).
