The School and Role
This specialist school is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their school. In the role of a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children and young people who have complex needs with their academic learning goals.This may include working 1:1 with pupils who require extra support as well as assisting with personal needs if necessary and participating in break and lunch time supervision. This is a full time/long term role, meaning the appointed Teaching Assistant will be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 to 16:30.
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
- A passion for education and helping people
- A nurturing and engaging personality
