About this Role
Sladewood Academy is the newest school within the SAND Academies Trust and, caters for pupils aged 4-11 years with a range of special needs including Moderate Learning Difficulties, Autism, Communication and Interaction Delays, Global Learning Delay, attachment and trauma related needs and a range of other complex needs. About you
You might already have experience of education, social care, or you might be looking for a career change. As long as you are passionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant with us.
The Role
We are looking to appoint a Learning Partner to join our dedicated and friendly team to provide cover across the school. The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities. The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning within classes.
