Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Supervise students during class activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and implement strategies for improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining records and preparing learning materials.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A relevant qualification in education or child development is desirable but not essential.
