SalaryWe have a brand new role for a leading global PE firm who are looking to hire a brilliant Team Assistant to provide high-level admin and business support to a team of around 6/7.
This role will require a self-starter who is looking to be the go-to person for all the team's admin requirements assistant PAs if and when needed. It will be a varied position where you can be highly involved. We are looking for a switched on Assistant with around 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Ideally you will have worked within the finance or insurance sector, able to support a fast-paced team and enjoy a busy role!
Duties will include all admin duties for the team to ensure their days run seamlessly and they are extremely well supported. You will be booking travel, managing diaries, processing expenses, printing and binding, and assisting the PAs and wider admin team with overflow admin.
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive team player who wants to help and is dedicated to providing high-level support.

Based in St James - nearest tubes Picadilly Circus and Green park.
Working hours 9am - 6pm.
