Temporary Team Administration Officer
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join an award-winning independent, co-educational college based in SE1.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks across the college's operations, including supporting the HR Advisor and Principal. This is an exciting and varied role that will suit someone with strong administrative experience, good organisational skills.
Full time office based | Based in SE1 | £14ph | 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | 2 - 3 months

Duties of the role:
- Supporting the HR Advisor with reference checks, job applications, interview days, ID checks and DBS checks
- Filing/general photocopying and scanning
- Arranging meetings for the Principal
- Admin support to the Principal
- Taking minutes in meetings when required
- Assisting with the ordering of academic and office supplies, including raising purchase orders, obtaining approval for orders, and placing orders with suppliers
- Any other adhoc tasks
