About the role
The administrative resource unit (ARU) is a large team of professional administrators who provide a range of admin support across the organisation.
The aim of the role ‘Team Administrator’ is to provide support to teams, primarily in a specific Directorate, and work flexibly across the organisation in line with business needs. Key responsibilities include: managing enquiries (internal and external) to ensure information reaches the right people to respond; providing team support by arranging team meetings and taking notes when required; following processes and procedures; arranging travel; budget administration. The role requires engagement with stakeholders to ensure that the relevant team receives appropriate administrative support.
About you
You will be proactive with excellent organisational and administrative skills. Experience of Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams are essential. Experience of using multiple inboxes and calendars and note and minute taking, is an advantage. You will be confident in engaging with a wide range of people.
