Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to take initiative. This is a customer facing role; you will be an initial point of contact for our potential customers and as such will represent our company.
Responsibilities:
- Booking leads into our CRM, and reaching out to them via phone, email and WhatApp to make initial contact and book them in for a survey with a system designer.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate people
- Reach out to our customers once they have had a system installed to make sure they are happy and request a review
- Regularly update our products and pricing database
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative support to other team members as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
