Are you passionate about payroll and excel in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience with SAGE 50 and a strong attention to detail? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Quedgeley, Gloucester.
In this role, you will be the point of contact for employee queries and payroll-related data requests, managing the email inbox and ensuring timely responses. Your main responsibility will be to support the Payroll Advisors with the preparation of monthly payrolls across multiple entities. Accuracy is key as you will be preparing and inputting payroll data into the Sage 50 Cloud Payroll system, including starters, leavers, and amendments. You will also process various payroll elements such as overtime, SSP, SMP, pensions, student loans, court orders, and other adjustments.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play an integral role in the team's success by supporting with cross-checking monthly payroll entries within the payroll team and ensuring accuracy throughout the process. Your strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will thrive in this collaborative and dynamic environment.
