Based in the centre of Dursley we are a small and friendly team that runs the payroll and invoicing for multiple divisions within the company.
This position is from 10.00 – 14.30 on a Monday and Tuesday, pay starting at £11.50 p/h and is for an initial 6 month contract.
Experience is not necessary as full on the job training and support will be provided, however experience with Excel would be desirable.
The ideal applicant will be :
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn specialist software.
- Competent and knowledgeable in the use of Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication Skills
- Able to keep accurate records.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proactive approach to their work.
- Methodical and numerate.
- Good problem solving skills
- Good eye for detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
