Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly skilled workers who are interested in working for the Trust.
You will need to be flexible, reliable, adaptable and have good organisational skills. A pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, be a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.
You will be required to complete statutory and mandatory training and will be provided with further specific training if required.

East Sussex CAMHS is an innovative service for children and families. We are part of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
We have 3 community teams, as well as a number specialist teams - all working to support the mental health of children and young people across East Sussex.
Administrative services within our teams are crucial to the success of our clinical work, and we rely heavily on the support and creativity of our admin colleagues. You will be joining a supportive and innovative team where administrative input is highly regarded and appreciated.

Essential criteria
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent qualifications
  • Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent

Knowledge/Experience
Essential criteria
  • Proven experience of a range of administrative procedures
  • Experience of producing documents to a high standard of presentation with good accuracy
  • Experience of developing, managing and maintaining office information systems
  • Experience of working as part of a team
