We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a boutique Hedge Fund with great opportunity to grow with the firm! They have under 30 employees which includes a collaborative administration team that work extremely hard and have a muck in approach. They have a track record of promoting internally, which means there is great opportunity for career progression here. They truly care about their employees and want to get the best out of people!
This is a fast-paced role supporting up to eight people ranging in seniority. In the role you will be working closely with other assistants and as the team are so collaborative this role is office based, five days a week.
THE ROLE:
- Arranging meetings and diary management
- Booking travel
- Collating research packs
- Liaising with external organisations
- Scanning and filing notes
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Processing expenses
THE DETAILS:
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- 25 days holiday
