Team Assistant - Food & Farming Level 3 Apprenticeship
The F&F team is a well-established and high performing team within the Winchester office. It has a wide diversity of clients with a multitude of different requirements and issues that all need the support of an excellent administrator.
The team manages farms and estates for clients across southern counties. Our emphasis is on delivering ongoing management advice and support across a wide range of farming and rural property business. The team comprises 2 directors and three graduates.
About this role
The role will grow as the department continues to acquire more clients and business. The support to the team is a vital element of the future success and prosperity of the department. The role will offer excellent on the job training to supplement the core training provided by Savills internally.
There will be immediate client engagement opportunity and occasional visits to key clients in the support role.
Day to day work would include:
- Support in delivering subsidy claims and tenancy renewals
- Regular reporting on management accounts
- Management meetings and associated follow up work
- Occasional dictation and filing (mainly electronic)
- Occasional e-mailshots and marketing activity
- Events and lunches organisation and bookings
- General team diary management and internal meeting coordination
- Support to the office on a wider basis
- Organising and following up on visits from clients
How you’ll make an impact
Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an Apprentice. You will need the ability to manage a varied workload, work as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your team and clients.

- Thirst for knowledge and self-motivation
GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 (Grade C) or above is a mandatory requirement and you may not apply if you are currently studying for or already have a degree.
You must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
Training
Business Admin Level 3. Full training and support will be given.
