SalaryWe are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a Property Company based in Liverpool Street. This role will be working from home 1 day a week and paying 40-45k. A minimum of 4 years TA experience in a corporate environment is needed.
The role
- Manage the Principal's complex diaries and related logistics
- Administrative support including preparation of meeting minutes
- Prepare all travel arrangements and documentation including visa applications
- Schedule internal and external meetings and assist with set-up of conference rooms
- Assist the Admin team in internal and external event planning
