MAIN DUTIES
- Providing typing and administrative support to one or more lawyers
- Opening files maintaining electronic and physical files
- Carrying out ID checks and money laundering checks AML
- Carrying out all necessary conflict checks, record results/notify lawyer of any issues arising
- Completing forms - Oyez etc and saving in TFB
- Preparing bills and draft narratives and taking credit card payments
- Booking events, training etc and diarise for fee earners and colleagues
- General office duties and reception cover when required
