SalaryReed are currently working with a prestigious legal firm in Brentwood who are currently looking for Team Assistants to join their Private client team.
Duties to include:
Providing typing and administrative support to one or more lawyers
Opening files on TFB and physical files
Carrying out ID checks and money laundering checks
Carrying out all necessary conflict checks, record results/notify lawyer of any issues arising
Photocopying and scanning
Completing forms – Oyez etc and saving in TFB
Preparing lawyers for outside meetings
