SalaryReed are currently working with a prestigious legal firm in Brentwood who are currently looking for Team Assistants to join their Private client team.
Duties to include:
- Providing typing and administrative support to one or more lawyers
- Opening files on TFB and physical files
- Carrying out ID checks and money laundering checks
- Carrying out all necessary conflict checks, record results/notify lawyer of any issues arising
- Photocopying and scanning
- Completing forms - Oyez etc and saving in TFB
- Preparing lawyers for outside meetings
