Job description

Team Coordinator

This is a great opportunity to work for my client who are a very successful recruitment company who have circa 45 employees across three locations, with this location having circa 25 of the employees. You will work across the middle office function supporting the sales enablement team, supporting Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, marketing, technology and bid management.

The Team Coordinator will receive full training and will suit a first or second jobber.

While some experience working in an office environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred, you will be supported with full training and there'll always be someone to lend a helping hand. You should be comfortable working with numbers, have good written English, be very organised, and have great attention to detail.

This is a fun and vibrant office environment, they have regular events to celebrate their successes, they have grown by over 50% in the last year.

Team coordination

  • Diary management for two directors.
  • Scheduling management meetings.
  • Booking flights and hotels for team members
  • Production of weekly reporting data
  • Building our monthly sales presentations using PowerPoint
  • Scheduling training sessions
  • General office administration

Facilities management

  • Responsible for office environment: keeping it tidy and feedback to cleaners.
  • Ordering weekly supplies and managing deliveries for three offices.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Greeting guests and interviewees.
  • Maintaining refreshment facilities: coffee machines, water dispensers, etc.
  • Managing offsite storage.

Event management

  • Taking ownership of planning and booking four company-wide annual events which may include long weekends abroad.
  • Booking team events such as monthly target lunches and sales leader meetups.

Technology and onboarding

  • Liaising with IT services partner to set up new users.
  • Creating new users in IT applications and managing usage rights.
  • Managing IT assets.
  • Managing offboarding.
  • Website administration.

This is a varied and interesting role to support the team at the heart of the business. My client might consider part-time workers (60%+) and applicants with limited office experience.

Salary: GBP24,000.00 per year, plus company benefits: Casual Dress, Company events, Company pension, Free parking, Private Medical insurance, sick pay.
