TeamJobs have an exciting opportunity for an Access Wellbeing Service Coordinator to join a local company delivering wellbeing hubs, across Dorset.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients' services by providing comprehensive administrative support.
- £26,000 - £28,000
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Full Time - Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
- Organise and manage events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Regularly update and maintain internal systems and databases.
- Provide technical support to the team, ensuring all case recordings are completed and updated for reporting purposes.
- Oversee office health and safety protocols.
- Track and record team attendance, including managing leave and absence arrangements.
- Liaise closely with Partners to ensure accurate records and smooth collaboration.
Whilst this role does not involve any direct case work, this role does have some face-to-face contact and telephone calls with customers. This requires the ability to speak to vulnerable people, sometimes in challenging circumstances.
What we require from you:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with office software and database management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable.
